WrestleRoom is a training app for wrestling teams, run by Optimizing Group LLC in Boca Raton, Florida. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Your name, and the email and/or mobile number you sign in with.
- Your team, and for wrestlers, grade and age.
- What you do in the app: lessons watched, rules test results, goals, notes, and comments.
- Videos you or your coach upload.
- For wrestlers under 13: a parent or guardian's name, contact, and their permission.
- For head coaches who pay: billing is handled by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers.
Who can see it
Only you and the coaches on your team. Wrestlers can't see each other's contact details, notes, or videos. Teams can't see each other at all.
What we never do
We don't sell your information, show ads, or share it with anyone for marketing.
Services we use to run the app
Cloudflare (website and video storage), Supabase (database and sign-in), Stripe (payments for coaches), and Google or Apple if you choose to sign in with them. They store data only to provide their service to us.
How long we keep it
Match videos are deleted automatically after 90 days. Everything else stays while your account is active. Ask us and we'll delete your account and its data.
Children under 13
Wrestlers under 13 can only join with a parent or guardian's permission, given at sign-up. We use their information only to run their team's training. A parent or guardian can ask to see, change, or delete their child's information at any time using the contact below.
